Kate has been a member of the KilvingTones, an alumni vocal ensemble of Kilvington Grammar School since its formation in 2024. Kay has been involved with weekly rehearsals working alongside conductor David Ashton-Smith OAM. They have performed at the Hawthorn Town Hall, Melbourne Recital Centre and at school community events.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kay for the last 2 years as part of a choir. Kay’s piano accompaniment is truly a talent. Whether it be a piece of music she is familiar with or a piece she is sight reading, her technical ability is of a very high standard. The sensitivity that you can hear coming through the piano is testament to Kay’s innate understanding of the music. I think the one thing that blows our minds is a hidden talent of Kay’s …jazz. Jazz sees Kay light up and she is a natural, reflecting her affinity with the piano and her impressive ability.

Annie needed a pianist to support her for her first round recorded vocal audition for the prestigious Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School program. She has progressed to the next round!

Theodora required an accompanist to assist her in sitting for an International Music Competition.

John Goldsworthy, arranger and acoustic double bass player has collaborated with Kay over several years. They have enjoyed bringing John's original arrangements to life, fusing together jazz, classical, tango and contemporary music.

I worked with Kay in a Jazz ensemble and with the Tango Nuevo group 'La Tin Shed Orquesta'. She is an exceptional musician and I always enjoy working with her. I know that she will help make any event special.

Daniel and Sue were married at Hawthorn Presbyterian Church in Feb, 2013. Kay collaborated with a violinist for Sue's walk down the aisle and played the pipe organ for the congregational singing. 

Kay was truly wonderful to work with.  She is warm and gentle in nature, and yet so professional in her work.  I would recommend Kay to anyone who needs an accompanist / pianist.  Her dedication to practice so we could have our perfect day was outstanding. We've called on Kay's talents several times now, for our wedding, renewal of vows and mother's funeral.
